Milani 2 in 1 conceal + foundation is good still you will need orange corrector under this for pigmentation . Kay beauty is also good but it is not full coverage you need to colour correct and conceal pigmentation. Both foundations are not drying.

Primer: Elf gripping primer, mac prep plus primer
Concealer: I really like to do orange colour correction then use hydrating concealer. Kay beauty concealer and mac concealer is nice.
Setting powder: Maybelline compact is good, mac compact is also very good.
