He (the guy with admin access) probably tricked the owner to give him an access to check the world, making sure there is no spawn point or door that was set up. But after he was given the access he didnt immediately accepted the access, sometimes the scammer just go to the left/right side and says "(playername) has removed their access" or something like that, even if the owner left the world they still have the button to accept the world lock access (i dont know how this part work, probably bug abuse). This scam is actually very easy to avoid, just dont give access to anyone, even if you gave access, make sure to lock the surrounding area with HL or SL.
