    I enjoy watching weightlifting squats more than the sport it self it's just beautiful to be honest they inspired me to squat high bar no belt

    Seems that these guys have a respiratory system, a cardiovascular system and a hydraulic system somewhere.

      I think because they train with high repetitions, many do like 30 reps of squats and deadlifts, surely that must work the cardiovascular system

    That has to be bad for your spine. Looks like it would compress your disk over time.

      Yes... he is destined to have multiple back operations in the next 20 years, get addicted to pain medications, and ultimately die around 50 years old.

      @@johnevans6053 I’ve seen some of Ronnie Coleman’s vids. He’s like a cyborg with all the steel inside his body. Not worth it. He shows his back X-rays on Joe Rogans interview. I’m almost certain he said every disc in his back has been fused together in that vid.

      Not really they already backs multiple times stronger than an average human, it's more or less the knees that get Fucked when accidents in the sport occur

    • @alai6432
      @alai6432 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      More or less THEIR BACKS ARE HEALTHIER than an average office worker or a lazy bum, the only reason injuries occur is accidents or overtraining

    • @jamesbarron1202
      @jamesbarron1202 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@alai6432 I know they have strong backs but the average guy doesn’t put that much daily abuse (weight) on their back. Somethings bound to give over time. I tore my rotator cuff lifting too much when I was younger and still live with the pain at 59 years old. Doctor said I’d probably have pain all my life but he didn’t want to cut on me. I lifted everyday for 6 years back then.
