One thing that I've been trying vs Quinn is ghost flash with Steelcaps (armor boots) if they have an ad mid/jungle, I can't say it's crazy but it certainly feels good !! (Am low elo, I might be wrong)
One matchup that I absolutely hate is GRAGAS , specially with phase rush, it's so frustrating to lane, I'll take any tips here !!

Im glad you found a solution for the quinn match up, and also that you enjoy the vids :D
For the gragas matchup, you can either go Q max with grasp and constantly look to Q him, or go phase rush (both e and q man works fine here) and only trade when you have all your spells up. Never try to go for auto Q but instead just always start with Q because his E will cancel your auto and make it hard to fight back.
