Well done to you 🎉..You did well ..I was also in South Korea in 2019 and I saved more or less that amount .The biggest thing is discipline and not agreeing to everything e.g invitations ,birthday parties etc,.Also one thing people do abroad is spend money ,so reminding yourself of your goals is important 😅

I recently moved to SK I received my first salary in Feb n I managed to do many things back home. I will only start saving in 2 months time hopefully I'll be able to archive my goal. Well done on your savings🎉🎉🎉

I get paid in my Korean bank account that I opened once I got here..
Then transfer my savings every three months.

Yes I did,I opened an account to transfer my spending money to..
So that only use that account for day to day expenses

Did you not get lots of family members and friends asking you for money. When you work overseas people just assume you have so much money?
I did,most of the money I could have saved went to family and friends.
I helped out if I could and said no if it was necessary..
I’m learning to have a healthy relationship with money,it’s a God given resource and I don’t plan on hoarding it or being stingy with it.
