My cats did this with the printer. When it would start printing they would try to get the paper as it was fed in, and then whacks the out tray, Then run off at lightspeed after it falls. Yep 100% cat.

Private Idaho - I agree, but it’s interesting trying to solve the mystery.
For example: I have a black cat that goes outdoors when he wants. I think he knows he’s basically invisible at night. A few nights ago, I was calling to him and he was just a few feet away from me on the stairs outside. He could tell that I couldn’t see him, so he softly meowed - just once. He almost never meows, so he was clearly letting me know he was there. He’s done this twice before when he could tell I couldn’t see him. In my opinion, he had to put himself in my place mentally to understand that I wanted him to come in, but I didn’t know he was there.
This wouldn’t be impressive for a dog because dogs communicate extremely well, but cats generally don’t.
@@thetooginator153 my cat communicates very well actually. He somehow realized that his meows and purrs actually calm me down in stressful or emotional situations (I'm weird, know) so everytime I show anytype of emotional distress, he'd do just that. Also, whenever I'd talk to him, despite him not really knowing what I'm saying he actually tries to communicate lol. I love him to death.
@@ardynla8632 my cat has trained me to open doors for him when he sits in front of one and meows 😏🙄.he also meows at night if he wants to use the litter box but he has been sleepin in my room and access to his box is shut.but empathy?? Nooo.he has whacked me at times when I hav been cryin 😏🙄 lolll but he does make me laugh 😼😽

My mom got one of those little drinking fountains for my cats, and seeing them try to figure it out the first time was hilarious. They kept trying to drink straight from the stream of water, then they would pull away looking confused and irritated about why their face/head was dripping wet.

Meghan Darrah my cat sleeps like that a lot, especially when he’s on his cat tree (it has corners that he can tuck his face in), but i’ve never really noticed anything wrong with him. i brought it up to vets but they don’t seem to be concerned by it, and he seems perfectly fine (except for being a massive bastard in a baby-sized package), so i hope it’s just a comfort thing for him.
