Bengali here. The first story is one that I was told by my own great aunt when I was little that little though, but totally not on the verge of going into my 30s like I am now and I suppose it is a cautionary tale told to all young girls or perhaps my family as we were temple keepers and that dealt with exorcisms in the ancient days !
These remind me of the times when I relied on you to keep me company and entertained in the lockdown of 2020! India is always full to bursting of corrupting and cold stories, and it's always good to hear them!
My favorite character in a book series called "Thirst" or "The last vampire" with heavy Indian roots with Krishna being almost every other word and a character is called Yaksha needless to say I love him and that just made me love when people look thouroghly through mythology cause the book has a loose telling of the Sita and Rama love story ❤❤❤
I love the snake story 🐍 I think that was during the covid lockdown As an introvert, I liked how I didn't have to talk to anyone directly or go anywhere
i'm a bangladeshi so basically there's this rumor i heard from my mom to always be careful whenever travelling by the airport road in Dhaka because apparently in the past, there would be a lot of accidents at night and the victims would say that they would always see a woman in a red saree or a couple red saree and panjabi before the accident would occur
The Nishi story forgot something that my Bengali parents had instilled in me, If it calls you the first three times, at an uncanny time supposedly in you house, don't respond on the first three, respond on the fourth. But on a dark alleyway filled with these things? Idrk about that but still just don't fucking respond
