Yoo! I remember doing this strategy back in June, only I used the money for gold plating on Queen to beat her without moving. When I saw the new Greed Shield legendary affix, I knew what needed to be done -- and I can't help but watch the execution with a smile on my face. I think I took solres and farmed enemies for money (i.e. taking damage) every single time I got to 50% so I could maximize income, which left me at around 1.4 mil by the end of the game. Knowing you got to around 450k by spoilerboss (sitting still and getting hit by enemies hardly makes good streaming content so I don't blame you), I wonder what ridiculous feats Greed Shield could accomplish with such funding...
It's gonna be a real bummer when the devs nerf Gilded Yumi (which is finally useable), legendary Tombstone and legendary Greed Shield. I'm sure there are other "busted" items that are gonna get turned into pool noodles (faceplam).

Always lower level than the rest of the biome, has lower displayed damage, and fewer attributes. Seems like they just have a star affix and colorless :/ Am I missing something, why do they do less damage?
legendaries scale with your two highest stats. so it scales better when you have 25 in brutality and 5 in survival rather than 30 in brutality. most people don't both since your other items dont scale with both, hence why the devs are changing it
@@SlickWillHermsted yep. But if you're working towards a legendary you should only invest in two scroll types and Ur DPS increases to crazy amounts. Say for example I have about 35 red and 15 green and about 1 purple (usually 2 is fine for the health increase) so that would be 50 scroll stats instead of 35 if we had a normal weapon. In addition experienced players working towards a legendary can choose to invest their colours more evenly between the two highest stats because 25 in both red and green is still 50 but this is higher max HP because there is diminishing returns for HP when we invest in the same scroll stat. ( But there are no diminishing returns for damage)
Yeah im sorry but legendary tombstone is much too overpowered, I hope all the new legendaries arent like that. They were already busted we dont need a tombstone to 3rd hit something and it clears the entire biome lol. If they all totally eliminate the threat of curses then wtf is point. Dont want stuff to be too easy or you lose out on the thrill of trying to stay alive in general.

they scale off the two highest scroll stats. Soon their dps output outshines normal weapons and is much stronger in the late game
