Karen, thank goodness that you're able to continue to make the mature decisions that you've been doing thus far. You're continuing to accomplish many hard tasks and you're having such a positive affect on your family's life. Everything looks great. Stay positive and strong. All the best.
Looking so lovely. Also helps to erase the bad memories if you are not looking at the containers and associated rubbish. Make it your own for you and Reece. I'm so glad your brother is still with you.
Hey, I just want to say how incredibly proud I am of everything you’ve accomplished, especially given everything you’ve been through. It’s not easy, and I see the strength you’ve shown. Keep going, you’re doing amazing things.
Looking great!!! Re little cabin...can you Air BnB this? Make it OffGrid eco friendly as a point of difference. Compost loo, solar for power. Just needs basic amenities and make the inside a really lovely haven. Put up some privacy screen (for them and you). Maybe grow a nice vine over screen 🤔 Create some income! 😁 and as you will know, you can block out the booking calendar if you don't want people around. ❤
So great to see Reese. Boy has he grown. Keep him in all your videos. He is your child too. We don’t mind the face blur. Good to see your working on the landscaping.❤
It's looking lovely. Maybe keep Vinnie for your son. In a year or two it'd make a great cubby house. It just needs to be water tight and lined internally.
th-cam.com/video/EOYxQc8v1Gg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=0V3VIxDpNAzurzQL This is a link to a channel called Agronomag and it is “All about Jersey cows” I don’t know if this is something you would consider in your future but there are sources of income to be had from it. You could start with one cow and produce butter, milk, cream, cottage cheese and ice-cream. You could offer to local businesses cafes and restaurants etc. Even get a stall at your local market perhaps. Just make sure there is a good vet locally. Jersey cows are usually good producers of milk so starting with one to test yourself and the cow is probably a good idea. That shed on your property perhaps could be accommodation for volunteers if you were to go ahead and try it. Or in the future, be replaced with a fitted out pre-fab cabin with built in toilet. Just somethings to think about. Hope I haven’t got carried away here. Just trying to showcase possibilities for you. Cheers.
Wow, you are the embodiment of someone who can achieve a personal end. You have gone from living in a caravan alone. To buying land manipulating a partner into giving you a child, a home and a future. I know that seems like a put down. But it's not. I know you have worked your backside off to achieve your future.
I absolutely loved seeing you on the ride on mower. You go girl!
I see a nice small campground on the grassy area. Xx
Well done Karen. So happy that your life is now heading in a better direction. You are doing a great job...

The plan is coming together looks fantastic, just remember one brick at a time.
It's been a hell of a journey, Karen. Massive pat on the back & as my Granny use to say, it takes a lifetime to build a home.🙏🧡
Well done you, from Arizona. The property is looking very nice.
You have done so much Karen, the site looks so good it is now a real home, well done. My best wishes to you and Reese for 2025, Regards. Andrew.

Sheep will be a hassle stick with the mower
Agreed!! They eat everything and fencing will be your new nightmare
Lovely video.🥰👍

Keep the old place, paint it up and keep it for guests.
Awesome job Karen will your bother be staying on the land and has he increased the size of his cabin for permanent living?

Give it away they pay for transportation get a signed doc that they are responsible for it once off your land.
Oh, and no sheep, no goats, no added responsibilities and vet and other expenses. Save your money.
Please, please please, do not get sheep.
Sheep make a mess. and are not that easy to keep.
Goats better than sheep. Sheep are dirty. Goats are clean and give milk.
Sheep give milk too. Witness Roquefort cheese. 👍🏼🧀
I would say don't have sheep on your lawn they make so much mess and it stinks! gets on your boots and shoes!
