It’s going to all be worth it when that little boy is born sezzy, short term pain for long term gain. Also please don’t worry about making your vlogs overly positive, we are here for the realness
I am so sorry that this pregnancy has come with so much heartache and difficultly. First with your son's health issue and now with your pain and I am sure there are other things that are going on in life that are difficult too. I really feel for you, while I haven't been pregnant and can't know what you're going through, I do know chronic pain, I know how hard every tiny thing is, from sitting on the toilet to lying in bed when you have pelvic and back pain. While I also can't relate to the "I have 15 more weeks left" I can relate to the feeling that is like "how am I going to do this, how am I going to be able to continue on with daily life when things progress" My heart has been breaking for you during this pregnancy and I have been thinking and praying for you. Sending you and your family love. I want to thank you for being real and sharing what you have chosen to share because it helps others, not only those who are going through the same sort of thing but also those who are going through completely different things but can relate to you and how your feeling. Your strength and courage never cease to amaze, inspire and encourage me
Oh, I also wanted to add that it’s ok to be sad, it’s okay to cry and to feel disappointed. We don’t need positive, happy Sezzy, the real you is more than enough x
I’m not pregnant never was, but I had the same problem in my pelvis and it felt like it was never ending and unbearable, but trust me, it does end, u will get thru it and ur not alone ❤️
girl your so strong, you can do it! seeing you struggling and them continuing keeping up with all the energy in the house is such an inspiration! you're a great mom to fox and your next kid is so lucky to have a mom like you🤍🤍 sending big hugs
I love all the women support in the comments, I can't relate so wish you all the best and healthiest pregnancy 🥺 Also Foxy I can't! The hide and seek and the chicken feeding - he's such a happy little boy! He's talking soooo much, he's so smart! Also for the outfits - please do Dani/Daniella, I never see my name anywhere haha would LOVE to see what outfit you come up with!
Oh my gosh your mini meltdown brought me to absolute tears and I just felt everything you felt I’ve been struggling with nerve damage in my lower back from my last pregnancy’s epidural. I’m now 21 weeks pregnant with my second and it’s been so bloody hard, the pain every single day, the physio appointments just to try “manage” the pain so I can still be a mum to my nearly 2 year old. I’ve lost track on how many meltdowns I’ve had just doing the simplest of tasks and also just being bed ridden 😢 sending my love to you Sarah you got this! ❤️
I love Kurt’s dad outfit! Also I love to see the different sides of your day. One moment you’re crying..the next you’re playing hide and seek. That’s real life.
Our kids are around the same age and I absolutely love watching Fox grow along with my girl. Can’t wait to meet the new babe. Wishing you lots of rest and relief.
Mom of three 2,5,7 here. Seeing you lean into God and watching you love on your sweet babies made my heart so happy. ♥ YOU are such an incredible person sarah. Praying for your pain to be relieved. Baths helped my pelvic pain.
I'm 29 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I know exactly what you're going through. I'm having Sciatic pain on both the right and left side, adductor pain and psoas pain and literally had a similar breakdown the other night. Take care of yourself mama
Sending so many prayers your way today, Sarah. Our crosses are hand-picked for us and just know that your pain and struggle is all worth something. It’s not pointless! The joy and love that you choose in all of this is a reflection of God’s relationship to us as a father and it’s absolutely beautiful to see 💜
Your family is so genuine, so sweet, and just my favorite part of TH-cam. Thank you for being so real, as this isn’t common in social media and vlogs. 🧡
@@Becca-jt5ec the poor thing, she struggled with everything. But yet she managed to still play with Flynn and do dance party and stuff. She’s incredible that woman
I’m 34 weeks pregnant and my sciatica is absolutely killing me, I know exactly how you feel Sarah, it’s so difficult! You can’t stand, you can’t sit, you can’t walk, it’s nuts. I’m so glad you have such a supportive partner in Kurt, my husband is the same way and it makes such a huge difference. We can get through this!!
I had SPD with both my pregnancies. The first started at 9 weeks and the second at 15. I thought I had got away with it the second time haha! It’s so painful and so hard to explain to anyone who hasn’t had it because it just hurts all the time and drains you so much. It’s so hard with a toddler to chase as well, especially when they don’t understand why you can’t lift them or be as active etc. Just wanted you to know you’re not alone and it really sucks, but I now have my two beautiful kids and have forgotten the experience enough that I want more 😂 so it passes! The best thing I found to help was a really good massage therapist, baths and time ❤️
Sarah, I struggle with chronic sciatic pain and in result - piriformis syndrome. i know this is very common with pregnancy, here are some things that have helped me ease my pain: tigers balm (the warming one is the best, i swear by it with every pain i have), laying down with lots of pillows propping your legs up, any body weight/ light weight exercises that engage your piriformis (clamshells, diagonal kick backs, etc), avoiding sitting for too long at one time.
I'm only 3 days behind you in my second pregnancy and you literally took the words from my mouth. I'm constantly in shock of how pregnant I am already and how my pelvic girdle pain started so early compared to the first time round. How can my body handle another 15 weeks?! I guess our bodies do amazing things and surprise us 💕
You are so blessed to be pregnant, I admire you, you are an inspiration to me. I understand from a different point of view regarding pain, I have not been able to exercise for the last 13 weeks as I badly broke my wrist, I had to have a plate fitted and 13 screws, I used to do yoga, I’m just starting to do hands-free, and I can still not bear weight on it it’s been getting me down so much, and I haven’t been too kind to myself, watching this vlog and seeing you struggle with the pain, I fully understand, especially when it interferes with what you love to do. Keep doing what you’re doing lots of love all the way from 🇬🇧 UK xxx
I am praying for you and wish there was a way to make the pain stop. You are such a positive, courageous, strong and wonderful person. Please don’t feel bad for sharing yourself going through a difficult time. You’re human like the rest of us and it’s inspiring to watch someone go through life’s challenges with such grace. I know God has a plan for you and this sweet baby and He will get you through this difficult time. Sending love and prayers your way ❤️
Fox playing hide and seek might be the cutest thing i've ever seen. Sending strength and well wishes your way Sezzy, from a Canadian mum, keep your head up xo 😘 also LOL'ing at him jumping away from the chickens😂😂😂😂 "yeah, i'm a good farmer!"
Hi Sara, I have been watching your channel for a while. Really enjoy your content. You are so upbeat and positive, so down to earth. I think you are a brilliant mum, your new baby is very blessed to have you as a mum. All the best to you Sara ❤️🙏
Sarah my heart goes out to you. I feel as this pregnancy has truly been a struggle. May God bless you & protect you. P.S. I'm loving your chilled vlogs! 💖
You are beautiful. Thank you always for being real.♥️ Praying your SI joint works itself out so you can get back to feeling whole. What a great example you are of taking time for yourself so you can mentally be there for your family.
I had the same pelvic pain / back pain! I’m so sorry I wouldn’t wish that on anyone! I prey you get more pain relief as the weeks go on! The only thing that helped me was lots and lots of warm baths
Thank you for sharing the harder days, today I’m 39 weeks pregnant with my first and I have had pelvic pain for most of my pregnancy and strong pregnancy side effects all the way through and although I’ve loved moments like feeling kicks I’ve not loved being pregnant and I feel like society dictates we should love being pregnant and I feel guilty for not enjoying being pregnant. I’m so done, I just want my baby now to enjoy getting to know her and being a mum. So thank you for sharing the not so great moments :) too many channels only share the perfect happy days and it’s too easy to forget no one is perfect!
I have suffered from daily chronic pain/chronic illness for the last 10 years & want to send you all of the love and strength in the world. I'm so sorry that you are struggling like this. I promise for you that this too shall pass and be so worth it when you finally get to cuddle your beautiful baby boy ❤️
Hey mumma, I had a pretty horrible and very painful pregnancy too and every time you cry, I feel it so deeply. I know what you’re feeling and it’s so hard Sarah. I’m so sorry this is your experience. I also get a lot of value and happiness form being active, and I was bed ridden all pregnancy and it made me feel horrible. And Yes this will end, but that doesn’t change how it feels right now. I want to give u a big hug and tell you that you aren’t alone xx
watching your vlogs gets me so excited to be pregnant! i love how you show your good days and bad days so my idea of starting a family isn't full of false expectations. love your honesty sezzy! 💕
THANK YOU for being so transparent and open in your videos! It really means alot that you're showing that not everything is on top all of the time. I've been struggling recently when watching Instagram and other social medias and seeing peoples success, happiness and so on, feeling like me and my husband are always working (we both run our own businesses) and even when we're putting in much more time than most others at their job they still have the money to buy big houses, fancy things etc and we don't. I'm going on a rant, but anyway, you opening up about struggling and being sad about not having the time for everything in this video really made me feel like I'm not alone
I like the realness Sezzy. Life has its highs and lows and both are of value so thanks for sharing and being vulnerable. In the lows are when I have sort God the most.
Oh hun im so sorry your in pain….it is really hard when even stretching your arms hurt or doing normal stuff already becomes an accomplishment.you are a strong woman with an amazing support system and when you have the end results you will look back and be sooooo proud! You are amazing keep holding on…cry all you need..sending you love!
I feel your pain. I’ve had chronic back pain for 6 years after an accident in the military but loved to run and exercise. The pain can easily spiral into depression. I’m still struggling to dig my self out of it every day. I pray yours heals and never returns.
I had HG with my first and every day I woke up feeling like I couldn't get through another day. When you aren't able to do things you love and every day your body is shared with someone else it can be SO hard. But You got this mama even when you feel like you don't. One day, even one hour at a time!
Sarah have you tried going to a chiropractor? And not just any but a “gonstead” chiro. It’s the gold standard of chiropractic care bc of its specificity. No guessing on where to adjust. With that and the pelvic floor therapy it would probably bring you more relief 🙏🏼❤️
Thank you so much, your videos make me smile and you make it okay to have ups and downs.❤ When you said "But they're mine!" I totally relate, I feel possessive about my fav food so whenever I hear someone taking some I rush out and make sure they don't eat them all, it's like gollum - "my precious"!
It’s hard to try to make you feel better without sounding like I’m disregarding your feelings… I’m not! Buuuut this too shall pass sweet Sarah! Everything passes and this pain is temporary! You’re in my prayers and all my good vibes to you and your beautiful growing fam!! Love you guys!
I had the pelvic pain the second time around and I remember sobbing on the floor as my toddler ran around me. I don’t think anyone can understand the pain and confusion surrounding being pregnant while also taking care of another little one (and working on top of all that!). Pelvic belts and stretches saved me, but I also just cried a lot. It’s okay to cry as much as your body needs ♥️
Sarah, take as many low beat days as you need. Here to support you 🙌 May I offer a question for you to meditate or journal on? Seeing as how staying active sustains a high level of happiness, what is your biggest fear about being inactive? Many blessing and wishing you and your family well 💕thanks for keeping it real
I just want to say thank you for your real videos! I am currently pregnant with my third and as I am not nearly as active as you are I am the go go go mom until everything is done even if I burn out. And I just have not been able to do that and it’s killing me. Thank you for sharing 🤍
So sorry you’re in pain; I have the exact same thing and mine started at 18 weeks pregnant and now I’m only 22 😭 just keep swimming; we can do this!!!! Sending hugs xxx
Sezzy, I am praying for you. Please don’t feel like you have to hide your emotion and grief over what your pregnancy could’ve looked like. This is incredibly hard and it’s okay for you to be sad. Love you sweet girl 💕
Please do an outfit with the name Amber -idk surprise Matilda -so fancy and bougie outfits Rhianna - literally one of those who look good in anything Cayley -looks good in shorts and oversized tshirt style
I am so so excited to meet the new addition to the tilse family! it feels like just yesterday when i discovered your channel (a couple months before your first pregnancy) and now there is little foxy and another little boy soon! I am so sorry for the challenges youve faced in this pregnancy but it just shows how strong you and your body can really be, we are all so so proud of you sezzy. I havent been through pregnancy at all but you give me so much confidence for when im older, #yeahthegirls!! Also i absolutely love your matching names to outfits "game" it is so fun to watch and i would love if you could do jenna? Thanks so much for being an inspiration to all of us Sarah, you should feel so incredibly proud of you and the family you have made with Kurt
I am so sorry Sezzy to setup in pain, but you are doing something INCREDIBLE. That little boy is already so lucky yo have you as his momma. Love watching you keep it real, while also putting a positive spin on things. Love love you and your family❤️❤️❤️❤️ Also, name game: Morgan!!!!
I totally get where you are coming from. I found my second pregnancy harder then my first and my first pregnancy was absolutely horrible. Spent 3 months in hospital fighting to keep my daughter (1st baby) inside from 26 weeks and ensure we both come out this alive. Made it to 37 weeks and she's now 2 Years old and healthy active little girl. My son's pregnancy (2nd pregnancy) took more toll on me emotionally and physically, struggled in the last 3 months with eating, sleeping, back pain from the weight. But was all worth it. You totally got this, the tears and emotional roller-coaster your going through absolutely normal and valid. I'm sorry your going through this and this will be all worth it.
Greetings from Germany, Sarah ☺️ I love your vibes and content. All of your Videos are perfectly in time with breakfast time here. So you always make my mornings so gorgeous! Even if I am so far away I always feel you so hard! Keep going on, you are wonderful! Love you and your family 😘
You said my name with an outfit I literally loved so much. I feel like you’re my big sis sometimes. Praying for you, your family, and your pregnancy. Admire your strength and honesty baby girl you got this!! ❤️❤️
I love the name outfit game, it’s so fun. Could you do Georgia/jorja, katelind, Selina and maybe an Ella outfit? And btw I pray you’re pregnancy pelvic pain eases soon, I hate seeing you in pain but I also love how open you are ❤️
Aw Sezzy. I know the struggle. I have an auto immune condition which inflames my SI joints and it’s excruciating. I find that heat really helps. A lot of warm showers and gentle movements. You’re stronger than this and this too shall pass x
Kurt: I've eaten 3 today Sezzy: you've eaten 3? 🥺 Kurt: yeh 😁 Why is this me and my boyfriend 😂 when he's hungry, he goes into hard-core snack mode. Thanks for the laugh today. I pray your pain eases up 💕
I am 12 weeks pregnant right now with my 3rd baby and this pregnancy has by far been the hardest pregnancy I've ever dealt with. I've had sever sickness and was hospitalized for a week and now I'm having extreme pelvic pain along with this nausea. So I completely get feeling down and just questioning I've been praying so much because I have been so depressed and just defeated that nothing I do helps and questioning being pregnant and going through all of this put it is so so worth it and that's what I keep telling myself once you see your baby all this struggle goes away! I love you hang in their❤
Sezzy! Don’t be discouraged! My sciatic pain was the worst around 20-25 weeks with my second baby and then POOF it was gone. Praying for the pain to cease for you. God has you and baby boy in the palm of His hands!! You are wonderfully made and your body was designed for this. I remember feeling excruciating pain early on and thinking “how the heck can I handle the baby getting bigger?!” But it quickly went away and I gave birth to my baby girl at home and she was 9lbs 10oz and I had no pelvic pain and the absolute easiest third trimester. Praising Jesus for your sweet baby and praying for both your and his health. 💜✨🙏🏻🙌🏻
Chiropractic care really helps for pelvic pain!! It helps to better align the baby to your pelvis, so the baby doesn't constantly hit a nerve or pelvic bone. Also helps a lot to get baby and your pelvis aligned in preparation for birth (again, so baby moves through the birth canal with good alignment and without hitting your pelvic bones, which causes pain and makes birth more difficult!)
Ohhhh Sezzy. I KNOW this pain. It’s excruciating. I had this the last 2 weeks of my pregnancy and then for a month PP. I could hardly walk. I couldn’t lift my newborn. I say that just to reiterate the fact that I know how you feel, my friend. I’m sorry you are experiencing it. I understand that feeling of frustration at the rapid decrease in your mobility. I understand feeling mentally exhausted by constant pain. I understand the physical exhaustion from the lack of sleep due to the pain. It goes away! There’s a light at the end of this. You’re amazing and so, so strong!
Sarah, take the pregnancy leave. It's fine we'll always be here. It is clear you need this. Take some time off and focus on yourself, the baby and your amazing family 💖 I hope the pain gets better. Stay safe 🥰
It’s going to all be worth it when that little boy is born sezzy, short term pain for long term gain. Also please don’t worry about making your vlogs overly positive, we are here for the realness
Amen! Thank you for writing this.
When Sarah said with pain and tears “it’s okay” and Kurt.. “no it’s not.” 😩❤️ Kurt loves you so much it’s so precious

If you’re 25 weeks exactly today that means there’s exactly 5 weeks between us. I just turned 20 weeks today! 😁
Thank you so much, your videos make me smile and you make it okay to have ups and downs.❤
When you said "But they're mine!" I totally relate, I feel possessive about my fav food so whenever I hear someone taking some I rush out and make sure they don't eat them all, it's like gollum - "my precious"!
Btw, I love all of your name photoshoots and a name could be Poppy if it fits with any of the outfits you find?!
💕 Your family is so cute! Straight up family goals. Thanks for being so raw and real. Hang in there you got this 💪🏻
I hope you begin to get some relief soon❤️
You are such an amazing strong woman! It is going to be hard but you will survive this. Praying for you xx
Love you Sezz ❤️❤️❤️ we all love you so much!
Craziness is means you, that is what makes you special Sarah. Take care of yourself mommy do meditate you feel better. Lots of ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My goodness I laughed so hard during this vlog and had to keep rewinding to fox's little moments! Thanks for making me feel happy!!
It’s hard to try to make you feel better without sounding like I’m disregarding your feelings… I’m not! Buuuut this too shall pass sweet Sarah! Everything passes and this pain is temporary! You’re in my prayers and all my good vibes to you and your beautiful growing fam!! Love you guys!
i just had to drive home in the rain and honestly i’m feeling exactly like how you were 🥺 thank you for this video 🤍
Please do an outfit with the name
Amber -idk surprise
Matilda -so fancy and bougie outfits
Rhianna - literally one of those who look good in anything
Cayley -looks good in shorts and oversized tshirt style
Immediately started tearing at “I’m sad”🥺 love you Sarah!!!! You got this sis, the pain will be gone in no time💖💕❤️❤️❤️
I am so so excited to meet the new addition to the tilse family! it feels like just yesterday when i discovered your channel (a couple months before your first pregnancy) and now there is little foxy and another little boy soon!
Love love you and your family❤️❤️❤️❤️
Also, name game: Morgan!!!!
Kurt my heart melts when I see how you interact with foxy 🥺✨ so beautiful
Hope you feel better soon! 🥺 Loved the Kurt and Fox take over 😎💗
I love your vlogs and how honest and raw you are. Thankyou for being the way you are.

Love these types of vlogs :)🥰
Sarah I'm so touched by your honesty and ability to be vulnerable ❤️❤️
Thinking of you girl. You aren’t alone 🤍
Aw Sezzy. I know the struggle. I have an auto immune condition which inflames my SI joints and it’s excruciating. I find that heat really helps. A lot of warm showers and gentle movements. You’re stronger than this and this too shall pass x
Kurt: I've eaten 3 today
Sezzy: you've eaten 3? 🥺
Kurt: yeh 😁
Why is this me and my boyfriend 😂 when he's hungry, he goes into hard-core snack mode. Thanks for the laugh today. I pray your pain eases up 💕
i love how your just so honest and raw. I luv your daily vlogs btw. For your outfits id love to see Tilly for one of them.
Fox literally made my day! His my spirit person !!!
I love you hang in their❤
Abby hesitantly doing her tricks is me doing any work task 😅😭
Love you still praying for you. Love from NZ
Foxes reaction to feeding the chicken! such a cutie
Stay safe 🥰
I have chooks myself! My daughter has grown up with them and loves them. Cute to see Foxy interacting with them. ♥️
You’re doing amazing mama 🥺🤎
Totally love the clothes peg holding the protien powder packet closed. That's what we do in our household. They are the best pegs ever!!!
Love ya babe 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 first ✨
I would honestly just watch a whole 30 mins blog of just fox, he cracks me up and is so cute !
