they were sponsored by digitalbits last season alongside inter milan, but digitalbits went bankrupt or something so they put SPQR on the shirt, they worn it on the conference league final, but it was last season. i believe when they released this shirt they still didn't have a main sponsor, that's why the first batches had the SPQR "sponsor".

Is it tight under the arms?

Not for me. The elastic in the cuffs helps give it that "stretchy" feel and it fits nicely. Definitely more snug than a "fan" version but not too snug if that makes sense.
