They are not Doric pillars either, with the most important difference being that they are missing the square 'cushion' at the top. I'd call it maybe Greek-inspired, but at the end of the day, contemporary.
I hope you judge and rate *community lots* next. Not all of them (you can skip the rabbit hole ones), but at least some. I personally care more about the community lots than the houses, since I always build my own houses, I don't see EA houses a lot (other than to visit a neighbor), but community lots are omnipresent in every game and some of them have really questionable things, while others are gorgeous and very cool.
@@Rekowcski I was literally just thinking that you've built up a really interested audience for this thing, no one else is doing it. And when you go pack and do the community lots it'll really extend your sims 3 content. I'm so excited! I'm a really big fan of this series and love how you balance a personal AND architectural perspective !!
I was going to say the same thing. In University, there is a library that is terribly broken. go there during a hailstorm, its hilarious. Everyone is running for cover that isn't there and saying "ow" while trying to study. 😁
no I love the builds from this pack, they remind me to an extent of the houses where I'm from and they're easy to save, plop in another world and redecorate
Series idea: you go back to your lowest rated builds in these videos and (realistically) renovate them! I’d love to see how you would spruce these up and use different colors!
Urele-Oresha-Cham and Tri Furhm are "Sim Greek" letters. The two fraternity and sorority existed since Sims 2 University. I believe it is Sim State University. As for the builds, lather, rinse and repeat. They aren't bad but not great as the first half.
The university builds are pretty good, but they're SO similar to each other ! well, at least I don't get too attached when it's time to go back home. And the colors are so muted everywhere, I feel like I'm going slightly colorblind by the end of the semester x)
@@Rekowcski I think so to, I miss the sims 2 open for business in sims 3 but found a mod for it, I'm doing a rags to riches now and opening a business when I can afford, I just think sims 3 is better, so much more game play. I'm enjoying playing the sims again.
the exteriors are better than the interiors, so this remains a great world to play in. I understand why people like it, i doubt most people have actually looked at every house... i mean why would you? lol
@@Rekowcski i kind of do, because i often take decent looking ones from one world and place them into worlds I play the most in to fill out empty lots~ sometimes i even renovate them and move my sims in 😎 building in the sims 3 is way too time-consuming to me, therefore I love good shells 😁
Hiiii Recowcski 😃 i like more the facade of this houses than the inside. What happened to the Not So Berry Challenge? are you going to continue with it? 🙂
You opened for me another Sims 3 side. I don't have Sims 3 store Idk how to log in there 😅 So, you showed so many building, it's awesome. I would only dream to see it. And now it's reality. Thank you a lot.
Universities, in my experience, tend to be really historical and old. Such a missed opportunity to have a little story about the old buildings and dorms vs a modern side of town. So older place with big rooms, all the ivy, fire places, the drafty corridors, then a very modern glass and metal calamity on the opposite side of the street. Would have been such fun.
My university campus was built in the middle-century (most are older, like you said) so we had giant cement cubes, and our library was an upside down concrete pyramid
Id like to see Oasis landing review. It's my favorite city. There are so many good architecture decisions with platforms and roofs. And also lights down and up walls. Sometimes it's basic, but it's bad nowhere
doric pillars* i thought they had squigglies on top

I mean the top is square, but it's too small to be considered actually Doric
Wil you review Sunlit Tides?

We can do community lots as their own series I think

I figured. They sounded so silly they had to be simlish lol
They probably used the blueprint feature which will copy rooms that you can then place in other builds.
Oh yes I always forget about that! That explains so much lol

Yes it looks like they just dialed back the saturation on the whole world
I've just gone back to sims 3 so I'm enjoying these videos, thank you. I'm just sims 4 done, I think EA have just given up all hope....
I think the sims 3 is as good as we will ever get.

Ce qui me dérange dans les sims 3 ils sont d'une laideur.parcontre les sims 4 chapeau pour les personnages ils sont beaux.
You dragged these builds much more than I had expected 😂🤭 looking forward to the Lunar Lakes one!

the "diet beige" got me 🤣
Not just Johnnie Walker Blue Label, there's also a bottle of Bulleit as well... Urele Oresha Cham is CLEARLY the wealthy frat.
Hi!!! i think you forgot about the 3 mixed residence of this world. Love your content!!!
oh i popped into them but they were just clones of each other and nothing much to say so i just left them out, im sorry!
Did you graduate from University? Oh yeah, you did! I was there! Math Nerd!
Most people address me as “your majesty”
@@Rekowcski I'm not most people.
Again, most of the buildings here barely had showers - just baths 🤦♂
4 male roommates sharing a tub, gross lol
YAAAAY, beginning my Friday watching your new video!
I hope you have the best weekend x

Hi I will continue it, my life has just been so busy so it’s hard to do my other video this summer, but I should be back in action soon
@@Rekowcski ok don't worry i'll wait, take your time 🖒💜

All these houses blend together
I’m glad they at least made each house a different colour, especially since they are the same shape

Oasis landing is definitely more my style, I am excited to get to it!
Melville manor is a great house but a little too big, I'm renovating it but keeping this old money vibes.
i loved the interior, especially the first floor living space... shell is pretty good too, but yes, too chunky
The houses are quite samey in the Sims University. But that's how I like'em! Down to earth normal houses. Not some weird, colorful monstrosities.
Damning with faint praise lol
Is your cat's name Kyle because of Kylie Minogue? Lol
Yes I was expecting to get a girl cat but I fell in love with him instead. Kylie Meowgue haha
Sunlit Tides would be a cool world to see you look at lol 👀
I’m sure it will be voted In soon!
algorithm boost before i watch the video
Thank you and welcome to my dedicated simmers x

I built my own, I didn’t spend a fortune though. I can send specs next time I’m home

Hey there, my favorite TH-camr.) How are things going?
It turned out that the houses were not that good. It's sad...
Hi I hope you are keeping safe. Yes the houses were disappointing by the end, too much repetition.
Awww i wanted lunar lakes to win😭
Me too
Don’t worry it’s next x
