This was pretty hard to find after hearing part of it on the local college radio station. Thanks for taking the time to save these tapes from obscurity.

And from the dump. Many of these aren't even around anymore.

Thanks! The tape may have had an insert (many did from the time) that added some of the detail you found from the record.

[Actual Back Cover Liner Notes Read: ] "It is with extreme pleasure that we present a complete music library for the American Home. In the presentation of these magnificent long playing records, we have tried and suceeded in putting tother those artists and the music that every home should have. Music is a necessity, but it is important that the music cover all categories so that whatever your company may be, you will have the "sound" to make them happy, as well as yourself. Speaking of sound, we, are proud of our engineers who have developed this "True Monophonic" reproduction. Pay particular attention to the clarity of teh high tones that, at times, cannot be heard on records priced at four times the cost of these records. The bass sounds are superlative. Listen.... and have music fill your home with pleasure."

Yup. Mentioned in the other post, tapes sometimes had an insert (some were fancy fold-outs) that included the same copy as was in the LP liner notes. No doubt lost over 60+ years of attics, yard sales, and who knows what other things happened to these tapes.
