He recorded the replay and edited the replay to play at the same time as this video (the video he recorded of him playing the game) so that means... No it’s not live, but it is still legit. Also he had to take the pause part out since replays do not indicate when the pause button and just pretty much goes on as if it never happened. Late, I know. But I hope this helped!
I cant help but notice that your cursor looks some kind of "smoothed". Your movements are much snappier than the ones shown in the gameplay, are you perhaps playing in windowed/borderless mode?
