I think it is something from long ago? Maybe at one point in the game, you could not get a free one 🤔 A lot has changed in this game. They have advanced a lot.
It gives you free advance recruitment cards more often. Before i got a free card every 24 hours. Now i get a free card every 15 hours. Or was it 17 hours? Either way you get the point. More free cards more frequently.

How the VIP 5's perk +10 % for all grarrisoned troops works ? I reached that lvl and didn't get extra power. What did i miss ?

@@KingSlayer_KG maybe garrisoned troops means that only when they are inside garrison they get the power buff, not permanent one
