    How are you doing? Like all the videos of trout fishing. Have you use panther martin spinner. Please put that in your collection and tell me what you think of the lure.

      I actually have been using panther martins for years. I think they are excellent spinners, one of my favorites. I normally use those when fishing the eastern sierra 🤘

    2questions please, how many fish till you change leader,how do you keep powerbt on size12 skido hook, sbshorepounders

    • @SeaSpankerOutdoors
      @SeaSpankerOutdoors  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I actually just check the leader after each decent sized fish or if I hit debris in the water. I visually check for damage and run my fingers down the leader and feel for any rough spots. If I see or feel anything I’ll change it out if not I’ll keep using it. If I have a day where I catch a toad or multiple fish I’ll change it out before my next trip. For powerbait on a mosquito hook, I squeeze it on real tight and roll it into a ball or kind of a cone shape with just enough bait to cover the entire hook. Then I rest it in the water for a few seconds before casting it out. Resting it in the water does two things, first it shows me that I have enough on there that it will float and second the water helps melt the bait together before it gets whipped through the air on the cast. But doing all that still wont ensure that the bait will stay on for a long period of time. So when using mosquito hooks I’ll check my bait every 15-30 minutes.

    Great fish!
    Have a suggestion for you that can help rookies like me: please show a pic of your tackle after each catch. Just a second or two so we can see the setup that caught each individual fish. You already have text but I don't know what that means.

    • @SeaSpankerOutdoors
      @SeaSpankerOutdoors  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks brother, i really appreciate the feedback. My plan is to do more of that in the videos. Is there something specific that you want to see?

    • @jake9705
      @jake9705 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SeaSpankerOutdoors -- My only suggestions so far: 1) please quickly show your tackle up close after each catch with a deacription, 2) do the spinning Batman logo more often. That's fucking great.
      You're already one of the best fishing channels on TH-cam and you haven't even been doing it that long 😂 I'm amazed how many fishing videos there are that are 30, 40, or even 50 mins long and they don't even show the bait or tackle. No one has time for that!

    • @SeaSpankerOutdoors
      @SeaSpankerOutdoors  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jake9705 i will definitely start working on that. Thanks for the feedback 🤘
