Cool stuff! Is the entire build still as reversible in seconds like the design you showed on video a year ago? Your baseplate turned into a hot dog. That's new.
Yep, still reversible. The clerks at B&H also let me try the back on an M6 and MP - it's mostly the same fit but just needs some cutouts for the light meter contacts.
Others with more electronics expertise have created interface boards for larger sensors, but to my knowledge, the Arducam OwlSight is currently the largest plug-and-play sensor for the Pi.
Was not expecting an update today!!!! This is sill soo awesome
still awesome work. well done
subscribed for the sheer audacity of putting a raspi in a leica

@@psychomugs very cool. If I owned a Leica I would give this a go because of the reversibility.
woah this is so cool!
Is this modification permanent or can you revert the M2 back into film mode?
Love the zine cover as well, awesome work!
Yep, the module swaps in place of the film door as I demoed in the last video th-cam.com/video/wfefcuo2BeE/w-d-xo.html
Would it be possible to assemble it with parts from a camera with bigger sensor?

Kludge-O-Matic.
