Accusation: CPS Manager Abuses Principal with Help from Law Department

The Chicago Principals and Administrators Association appears at a Board of Education meeting to detail allegations against a district manager accused of harassing and abusing principals. When a principal filed a complaint against him, the CPS Law Department helped the abusive supervisor orchestrate disciplinary action against the principal.
