- Batman Forever is a beat 'em up video game based on the movie of the same name. Though released by the same publisher at roughly the same time, it is an entirely different game from Batman Forever: The Arcade Game.
I have not been able to pick up my jaw yet from the floor from the sheer shock of witnessing this gameplay again after 30 years

Surprisingly that line was only in the trailer.
This game is a guilty pleasure for me. I enjoy the music and also the gameplay. I still own my complete copy from childhood.
Is there an incomplete copy?.........I know, I'm just being an azz. 😂

When I was a kid, maybe 10 years old, I owned this game but never beat it. I have a nack for remembering music and soundtracks, especially from my childhood!
I would always play this game casually, and I never read all the riddles............no wonder I never got the cool gear like the rocket boots!!! Now I wanna play and beat this game 100%!!!
30 years ago I used to play this game on sega...omg... The music on the main menu... Pure nostalgia...I was so young, I never made it past level 2... Always wanted the see what lies beyond... Thank you so much for uploading this... I can never describe the feeling, after you see your childhood game after 30 years

Good game for me.
I got this game as a gift with no booklet and had a hard time figuring out the commands for the different gadgets. Good game but never got around to beating this one, made it as far as the riddler stage several times
This Batman Forever Sega Genesis game was fun now I can play this game on my Xbox one console from Microsoft edge app going through online games just like a computer 💻.
I wish that this game gets remastered on Playstation 4.

Very nice, I used played this game here on SNES, my childhood.
Remember not being able to beat this game as a kid. Got a good ways into and would always get a game over. Maybe one day I'll go and attempt another run at it.

I love how the vibe is so cartoonish, yet they used real photography for the graphics, music and sound effects can be applied and work to great effect
I love this game as a kid but I never beat it. I could never find the bomb in time lol
26:52 I swear it's impossible to get 100% pickups on level 2. I have never found that last item. (You missed 2 health packs in level 1 that only appear after you backtrack into the electroshock room after killing Ragwort and Lunatic in the red room)
(I know that at least one item, and probably the secret area, that you missed in level 4 is from not flipping a hard-to-hit switch in one of the upper rooms... it causes a blueprint to appear in the secret room with Bad Dan and crew).

I have this game and had no clue you could put two enemies' heads together or snap their arms. How do you do that?
I didnt know about smashing their heads together but me and my brother always knew how to break their arms. My brother was always Batman and he did that randomly

Double tap the d-pad left or right depending on where your facing and press B

You missed 1 secret switch in stage 4 thats y you don't have the new weapon homing batarang in stage 5
