Restaurant style Masala Mushroom banaane ki easy aur quick recipe.
Ingredients :
मसाला मशरूम​
मशरूम - २०० ग्राम
देशी घी - २ चम्मच​​
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
इलाइची - ३​​
लहसुन - १० से १२ कलियां
अदरक - १ इन्च​
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - २, बारीक कटे हुए
टमाटर (मध्मय आकार​) - २, पीसे हुए
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच​
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​​
धनिया पाउडर - २ छोटा चम्मच​
गरम मसाला - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
कसूरी मेथी - १ छोटा चम्मच​
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)

Mushroom - 200 gm
Desi Ghee - 2 table spoon
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Cardamom - 3
Garlic - 10 to 12 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Onion (medium size) - 2, finely chopped
Tomato (medium size) - 2, pureed
Salt - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Sun-dried Fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp
