It all depends on the vehicle you are getting the parts for. Tahoe's and Yukon's and the trucks if you look at the parts he got they are literally just big chunks of metal!! All the important items like the ball joints or any part that moves and can fail, it's all factory stuff that is used not aftermarket items know what I mean? I agree with you totally on say Honda civics and Integras, I got "coilovers" and upper control arms that were adjustable for camber correction. Two different types one had the mounting bolts that held the arm to the strut tower were slotted so the entire arm would move in and out. The other was a ball joint that was slotted so it could move and bolts would lock it in place. Both kits almost killed me when after just a few hundred miles they broke!! Ball joint came apart like the actual joint pulled out of the socket part and the other style with the slotted mounting bolts they split and came out of the spot they should have been in!! Stuff like that definitely dont go cheap on!!

That's a good looking Tahoe! Did you lose ride comfortability after lowering it? I've been thinking about having the same thing done to my Yukon because my wife has a little trouble getting in and out of it. My father inlaw also has to use a walker and /or a cane to get around, so lowering it seems to be a viable option to factory ride height. I probably wouldn't be swapping out the wheels because I kind of like the stock wheel that with it ,but later on who knows? BTW, it's good to see the 2wd Tahoes/Yukons getting some love! So many videos on TH-cam feature the 4wd models ,not that there's anything wrong with them, but not everyone has the 4wd models. Great job 👍
