Ado is definitely metal! That scream really reminds me of a scene from The Exorcism of Emily Rose. And her vocal flips from high notes to screams is crazy!
The most powerful weapon ado she have is the fact she is eclectic and versatile when sing, most singer have unique voice and they can approach some type of song. Tk with unravel is unbelievable, but ado even more because she just make her version with her style.
Ado is a fucking anomaly. There. I said it. Like, I'm not fucking with people here, this is a once in a generation sort of deal. It takes most vocalists YEARS, we're talking practically a DECADE to be able to do just SOME of what she's capable of. But here's the thing, that's not what scares the ever loving shit out of me, it's the PROFICIENCY. Something many probably don't understand is that, this song has a rather high tempo, you need serious breath control to handle that, but that's not all. She can flip between all of those ranges on a DIME. We knew already that she could "scream", but it was only until probably RIGHT NOW that we've confirmed she's can even FALSE CHORD SCREAM. That's a metal unclean vocal, that's not fuckery my dudes, that's black magick. So let me get this straight, she already has that insane vocal range, rasp control (which she easily turns it on and off all the time whenever she needs to, again, on a DIME), breath control that bares the thought as to how the fuck is she not hyperventilating, but the punchline, now she's showing False Chord Screams. Again, what scares the living fuck out of me isn't the fact that she's capable of ALL of this, it's the fact that she can keep up with ALL of it, and flip between it all ON A DIME.

Legendary artists like LiSA took years of experience, dedication, and hardwork to be able to handle massive shows for long periods of time, while also putting on insane shows. Seriously, I've seen so many artists from Japan and it's insanely rare you see someone like Ado in the position that she's in. Guys, she's got years ahead of her, like, if that isn't both frightening, but also an incredibly exciting prospect, I can't begin to break that down. She's only 21 now and given what she's been able to do in just the last few years? Good grief. It's also to be noted, she's got a lot of support, and people willing to impart a great deal of wisdom. She's also apparently a pretty quick study given her work with FAKE TYPE, if you don't know the story, FAKE TYPE produced, wrote the lyrics too, and arranged (full production) "Fleeting Lullaby" from ONE PIECE FILM RED. Just listening to some of FAKE TYPE's iconic work already can show you some of the lessons Ado learned when working with TOPHAMHAT-KYO, who is the vocalist. Those crazy fast rap parts she does in Fleeting Lullaby, the various different timbres and vocal styles, it's all in the style of a FAKE TYPE production. She's been doing these style of vocals more often and even in a live setting. We initially saw similar work in her cover of GOD-ISH, but as she stated she couldn't perform that in one take. Personally I think she might be able to with what she's learned so far, I mean the vocal flips in Fleeting Lullaby and "SHOW" are enough of an indicator. A neat thing, you can find a "live recording" (audio only) of her running through the fast portion of Fleeting Lullaby, but breaking it down slowly to show how she does it on her Twitter. I could honestly keep going, no joke, please stop me.

This anime song is already good. Ado sings with her life while the original sings the feeling of suppression and suffocation, which is how the main character in that anime feels
She could cover a Hanabie song and sing and scream all the parts from Yukina, Matsuri and Hettsu. That would be a brilliant counterpart to the very good metal version of Odo by Hanabie.
I would say this not nearly perfect performance but .. but.. but in terms of vulnerability and expressive of the song ado hit very well, I love ado so much 💙💙💙
I dont mean to take anything away from Ado's performance or to compare. But i recommend "Unravel Amane Kanata 3rd Anniversary 3DLive" because you love the anime and song so much
