I’m sorry but this hole episode was B.S transmission on that bike is like all others mechanical not electrical he went in for a electrical issue left with a mechanical issue like the Plaintive tried saying before the judge interrupted had there been a transmission issue why didn’t they state that when they released the bike to him 4 days after the electrical repair. 2 days later he noticed the electrical issue was not resolved now he’s got a mechanical issues and a electrical issue I’ve been working on bikes for years and I’ve had sooo many customers one to me after leaving retail shops with huge issues caused by those shops And half of what this shop manager said was BS he even brought up the pollution system he removed on the bike lol which had 0 to do with the main computer system
While I agree he over uses x he hardly knew her this time he was a bit punnier in that he said Chopper her he Harley knew her (technically a double pun).
Sir 🙄 you wore that bike down! It’s the same with driving a manual car; you can’t rest your hand on the shifter while driving because it’s gonna wear out the parts over time.
The bike is 10+ years old, already had the motor and trans replaced, why would he find it so hard to believe that his electrical system would be on it's way out? And, isn't the transmission under any kind of warranty since it was replaced by another Dealer? I think he was just looking for free electrical work this time around when he should just get rid of this bike, it's turning out to be a money pit for him.
Took my car in for an alignment yesterday my dealership told me the issues don't sound like an alignment problem. They told me to goto a tire shop instead for a tire balance. Took my car to the tire shop for a balance. Turns out my rim was bent. Good mechanics would never try to screw people out of their money. This plantif should be ashamed for even going this far over something that was his fault.
Wow he's lucky to be riding 25+ years some people aren't that lucky I've heard bout so many fatal accidents with bikes at least about 5 in the past year or two from my area.
Man this is gonna sound weird but I want to be friends with the defendant. I want the kind of person that has that much pride in their defense and courtesy for the judge to make a BINDER to be in my life. I feel like we are on the same wavelength.
Lol love it. Plaintiff says the bike is in perfect shape very low mileage I just had the engine and trans built. Dude! My Victory Tour is 5 years old with 87k on it and no major repairs. Also have a Moto Guzzi with 120k no major issues.
It's rocket science to someone not smart enough to turn their phone on. And who turns their phone off? If you're somewhere where you don't want your phone to ring, you turn the volume down.
This is the worse kind of customer, thinks they can diagnose a problem but he is not able to fix it himself then when it's not what they guessed he blames the place repairing it. Word will get around town and next time he called a place they will tell him they are booked up.
Aftermarket crap to boost performance is usually the culprit everytime. The shifter he has that way because he's a large dude and it's hard for him to lift his leg fast.
I was going to make comment about that, not to be rude, but he is way too big to be on a bike. That has to be a strain on that bike. Just like on a horse.

Electrical problems ARE a real problem because they can be intermittent, very difficult to fix some times. I believe in paying for results so if the mechanic didn't eventually fix it I wouldn't have paid him until he did.
How many times is Harvey going to make the same damn joke! Anything that ends with -er he says "chopper I hardly knew her". " Refrigerator I hardly knew her". "Lawn mower I hardly knew her". Ugh he's so annoying.
He would have had a much better chance of winning if he could have proved that he called two days later. Without it he just had a bike fixed and a month later had another problem. If he could have gotten something from Harley Davidson saying it was unusual for this to happen or that it looks like it was tampered with he would have won. Unfortunately , all Harley did was fix the problem the mechanic diagnosed it with. She wasn’t biased she just didn’t get enough evidence from him to prove his case.
The gospel by which we're SAVED. We're under Paul's ministry today. (3) For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST DIED for our SINS according to the scriptures; (4) And that he was BURIED, and that he ROSE AGAIN the THIRD DAY according to the scriptures. And that takes us back to John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH in him should NOT PERISH, but have EVERLASTING LIFE. Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV) (8) For by GRACE are ye SAVED through FAITH; and that NOT of yourselves: it is the GIFT of GOD: (9) NOT of works, lest any man should boast. So it's only by GRACE that we are SAVED not by works. Poor Harley. How is it able to support such weight?! hehehe
I want to be as strong as the shocks and springs in his Harley 😆
You know what 😆💀
That's what I thought HD meant.
WOW !!!!!!.....Hauling the Plaintiff around would blow the transmission on a TANK !!!
Hehehe!!!!
Instead of putting performance mod and trying to make the bike go faster, just lose some weight.
Or just gain some muscle. You'd be surprised how hard it is to hold up your own legs. That's why his shifter got warped
I bet when he rides, he slowly sinks.

Too bad the plaintiff didn't bring enough proof...
Seemed like he didn't have any and the defendant side was explained pretty well what the guy's problem was with his bike .
He brought infinitely more weight than proof.
And his phone magically didn't turn on lol

Same here. Over 50 years on 2 wheels many bikes over 180k miles have not owned a car or truck in over 10 years.
Ride all year except on snow or ice.
The plaintiff walked out of that courtroom like he was a 100lbs heavier
That poor Harley is working extra hard to tow his huge butt around and I do believe the weight of his foot pressed down on the shifter
