If you think you're representing a queen then he probably wouldn't fold anything better than a queen. So what would triple barreling with tens do? Make him call with all better hands expect JJ and fold all worse hands. Sure, you deny a little bit of equity but it seems pretty inefficient.

I'm not sure but it's a 4bet spot, logic around "standard cont bet" is bad
