That is just not true!! Sorry to disappoint you, but all chicken manure are all the same. They are hot organic fertilizer that needs to be handled carefully. I've been using composted chicken manure in my 125 hectares vegetable farm for years and they work wonderfully if you handle it right. I prefer chicken manure more than any other animal manure because they are the best. Rule of thumb, chicken manure should be totally composted for at least 3 months, but in my case, I see to it that I stretch or extend the composting process for 5 months, just to be safe. A chicken manure that is not totally or properly composted would not serve it purpose as intended. In most cases, because it is not properly composted, it will burn the plants slowly and develop black spots, an indication of fungus presence in the plants and also 90% chance that the soil are already contaminated by fungus and different kinds of bacteria harmful to plants brought about by the not properly composted chicken manure.
Totally agree!! Really had no idea if this guy(tongs) knows what he was doing. He said that they've been spraying day and night already, and yet the problem still exist. If that's the case, then the owner is just wasting money to no avail. If Tong's knows what he was doing, he should have known that plants, diseases, fungus, and certain number of bad insects and critters developed immunity from frequent use of certain chemicals overtime. Like what you said, they should switch to a different brand immediately, but it would be better for them in my opinion, to consult to an expert professional Agri technician to identify their problems and makes treatment suggestion right after. Agri technicians job is to visit the farm, check the soil conditions, check for possible fungus, insects, and diseases that were affecting the plants. They will make recommendations base on their findings, and it's all up to them if they will adhere to all recommendations. My vegetable farm was also affected by the last stormy rainy days, but it's already been three weeks since, though it's not fully recovered, our vegetables harvest are getting better and we are already financially benefiting because of high prices of vegetables. They have a big problem, but they don't know what to do and how to deal with them.....
