Bamenda is not in western cameroon i get what she was trying to say. Grassfield regions cover the west and north western regions of cameroon.

They are beyond Bamenda. In South West, the Fontem people are 100% Bamileke, though they are English-Speaking. In North West, the Bansoo, the Bamessin and other villages starting with "mba" all Bamileke village but angloohones.
