    I cannot thank you enough! You explain things so well... so easy.... Our professors run thru the subject and expect us to just memorize random facts that I often mix up at the time of exam. Your methods help me unclutter my working memory and allow me to reason things out. You're a master and a scholar!

    Wow. I use First Aid 2021. That FA looks outdated. It's cool to see how they've updated and made changes over the years.

    The superior oblique summation action vector is down and out, NOT down and in. It does incyclotorsion, depression, and abduction --> summation is down and out.

    👉Shouldnt the Pupil be dilated in Cn3 palsy due to ischemia as CN3 innervates sphincter pupillae, so in Cn3 Damage,Y is the PANS to Pupil spared? Pls reply its so confusing!🙏

    • @RandyNeilMD
      @RandyNeilMD  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      My understanding is Pupil may be affected (Dilated) if outer-portion of CN III affected... If I am wrong or misspoke, I'm hoping the community will catch my error...

      @@RandyNeilMD Yes, Ur right, but could U Pls explain the reason also for pupil being spared, bcoz CN3 innervates the sphincter pupillae as well, So When Cn3 is damaged the pupil can no more constrict & it would b permanently Dilated, Right? Thats where am stuck. So Please say if U know.
