- In Guillestre begins the long climb towards Col
d'Izoard. Bottecchia firmly wears the
yellow jersey and passes Guillestre in second
position behind Aymo. Easily controls Frantz,
the most dangerous competitor for the final
victory. This is an iconic climb of TdF , about
30km long from Guillestre with 1400 meters of
difference in height. The last 8km have a slope
average of 9%. In this video you have same rare
records of Bottecchia climbing the Col across the
Regional Natural Park of Queyras and the Casse Deserte. -
Straordinario documento storico. Bottecchia un grandissimo.
When men were men, and knee joints were made of titanium.
I have to admit 2022 riders look like teenagers that havnt grown completely...much respect and fast however..🚲🤓
They were doping with cocaine, amphetamines, and a bunch of stimulants. What are you talking about?
@@JB-rt4mx I don't care what they were taking, it takes some hardcore effort to race those distances, those climbs, on those roads, on SINGLE SPEED bikes!
Magnifique!
Immagini e musica fantastiche!
"perseverai, resistetti. e soprattutto volli"
