Supreme court can order reelection to ECI and ECI must have to. To pata chala kiski laathi kiski bhains hai? And Government must have to approve the appointment from the advise of collegium and the advice is binding, government can sit on recommendation but cannot cancel it, beacuse Government has not got any power of appointing judiciary by constitution.
