Komoro was the best character in this movie. I became so emotional when I saw everyone to kill their partners. Though I know it's a movie.For me, It was so hard to talerate. I like this movie so much.
This theme was the part when all the friends start killing each other to go on the mission to kill the lords. That was just stupid killing your own team-mate when you all can go together and complete the mission better. It's sad killing your own friends that you known for so long just for a stupid mission. Neither strong or weak, it's all about teamwork to survive on any mission.
I get what you're saying but the whole point of them killing eachother was to prove that they were ready for the mission and by killing eachother it would make them unstoppable because if they can kill their bestfriends it would be a cake walk to kill their enemies. Plus this was a time in history where education was abysmal and life was purely about survival not to mention it was ruled by political leaders and dictators. It was the Edo period any time between 1603 until 1868.
