Well, the time frame is not enough for the muscle of the vocal cords to rest even though they are still young. They should not exhaust their vocal cord to the limit which can be detremental to their heath. Over use of the vocal cords will lead to the growth of nodules that can affect their voice someday. Zsazsa Padilla underwent surgery and had to stop singing for six months to a year. Now, Gigi de Lana she has to stop singing to rest her vocal cords because she likes to use her larynx muscles hitting high notes. SB19 needs to seek advice from Ms. Lea Salonga or Sarah G or Ms. Regine V who has been singing all their lives. If they strain the larynx it will strain their larynx that can be temporary or permanent damage. Proper way of practicing and use of the laryngeal muscles can help them a lot. There are different vocal exercises that can help maintain and keep their larynx healthy and not strain it. Hope you guys can reach out to them regarding this.
