    Your video was helpful. i will have a long wait between flights in the early hours of the morning. Do you know if there is catering 24 hours a day? The web site seems to indicate that there is a limit to the times that catering is available but this may only be relevant to hot food.

    Thank you for this review of Madrid's lounge. I just became a priority pass member and will be arriving in Madrid this weekend.
    Can you only use the lounge when departing? I planned on resting and showering at arrival since I land extremely early in the morning.

      Hi and welcome to the Priority Pass World! The rules on the Neptuno Lounge site state, “Access is granted only to passengers with a Terminal T4 Satellite Building boarding pass, the maximum amount of scheduled time allowed in any of our VIP lounges is four (4) hours, immediately prior to the scheduled departure of the flight indicated on the boarding cards of users accessing the lounge. In case of delays in flight departures, this period may be extended for the duration of the corresponding delay”.
      NOTICE: For quality reasons and to maintain the optimal level of service provided in the VIP Lounge, during the period between December 22 and January 7 (both included) the maximum time to stay in the lounge will be 3 hours.
      And Here is the number in case you need more information (+34) 917 438 689
      Safe Travels!

    Is there a smoking area? Or near the lounge? thanks

      Hi I believe the lounge is still smoke free but my response I received from the airport was;
      If you want to smoke at Terminal 4, you’ll have to go near Gate J44/45. There is an outside area here where you can smoke.
      There is a smoking terrace with tables, stools and vending machines at T4 on the north side of the airport,

    Do you need to book into the lounge with a priority pass or do you just show up on the day?

      Just show up that day, show them your priority pass card and usually your boarding pass and or passport and walk on in. And remember depending on what time of day you are going there could be a line. Safe Travels!
