Sarah u are not right when it comes to education .am a teacher here in USA. But a five year old can not sit primary seven exams .even a five grade student. Uganda has good educative teachers the problem is with the government.may be in the village UPE.u are right. Secondly USA education is not free u pay state taxes and it really high. You are correct teacher. I tell my daughter in Canada (grade 5) that if she went to a Ugandan school they’d put her in P.3. Maybe Lady Sarah has no children attending school. Apart from that, she has been a wonderful guest on Gossip Live!
