Hi Karen! Great video as usual! You made me laugh several times as you were showing your kitted samplers! I, too, have many of those all kitted up and ready to go! Jeannie always bugs me to start them all, but I'm like you. It would make my heart palpitate just like yours! You and I are alot alike! I do know about the debate about starting them all, but I keep telling Jeannie, if I keep starting them all, that takes away alot of time from stitching the ones I already have started! I guess the debate will never have a correct answer! I really hope to meet you someday! Keep stitching! Hugs, LeAnn😊

Good to see you! I can see how devoting yourself to 5 days of stitching really makes a difference in your progress. I think I need to try this! Congratulations on your finishes. They all look great. You have so many projects ready to stitch; I am almost jealous! 😅 I helped my guild set up our quilt show today and can’t wait to see how the voting goes in each category tomorrow. Have a great week!

Hi Karen! That is a beautiful collection of kits to start! It is sooooo hard to not start all the things! I’m looking forward to see you work on them. I’m trying to work my wip pile down so this month I am allowing myself one new start for every 2 finishes so that I can get my wip list down from 43 to about 25.

Oh my goodness Karen! What beautiful framed pieces! Your kitted baskets look like mine, and I purposely keep my WIPS under 10. I'm ready to start another one but change my mind daily on which one. Why is it we can be so decisive in all other areas of our life but totally a mess when choosing out next cross stitch start? I just started quilting so very interested in all you have to share there!

Loved the kit parade. You and I are cut from the same cloth. While we will have multiple wips….we have trouble starting things. I am considering a new WIPGO plan for 2025 because I missed it in 2024 but didn’t like how my wips were called some months. I guess I could have made changes but I was trying to be authentic to the game. Anyhow, my WIPGO might be WIPGRO. I plan to talk about it on my next video. Maybe saying it out loud will make me do it or maybe it will remind me of how insane my idea is. Pam

Your framed pieces are absolutely beautiful. Love the Mason jar frame. I am working on a couple samplers, trying to get the house done on Harriot Hey 1809 and Sarah Milthorp, almost done. There are so many beautiful choices for sampler September. I’m am loving how everyone is sharing what they could have stitched, so many I haven’t seen before so thank you for sharing. Great Frames, all are Very Nice! My "plans" for Sept. keep changing ... wanting to join in more SALs. Smith Sampler is looking good!!! Nice chart parade. Mayflower by F&R will be so nice for that one. I tried to start a bunch one month, and it became overwhelming, so I think it's best to limit my New Starts / WIPs. I wanted to see a closer look on all your project bags, they are eye candy too. We don't have to know who made them, just like to see the fabric combos. Ann Kirby 1845 on Hog Bristle will be awesome. I need a circle cutter!!! Nice share, Wow on that Quilt, I'd say she'll get 1st prize!!!

That is the perfect frame for the mason jars!!!! I got my fair entry back…it took 2nd place. BUT the ribbon and tag was placed over the extreme damage to the frame and even the mat. How the glass didn’t break…we will never know. What disappointed me was that no one said anything. I didn’t notice the damage until I removed the ribbon! The framer isn’t sure it can be fixed..may have to start over with mat and frame. I have a few scroll rods, but refuse to buy duplicate rods…so I have a pile waiting for me to finish what’s on the rods currently. 🤦‍♀️

What a sad story! It is always a risk to enter items in a fair. I have been very lucky. I am so sorry that this happened to you. Scroll rods can be expensive. I have a set of three sizes. I don't intend to buy more. Happy stitching. Best, K

@@recoveringmonogamousstitch1947 The extension agent called today. The fair board has apologized and are paying for the repair, which basically is a new mat and frame! I was surprised and thankful.
