Okay you got a new customer you've been asking for their business for months. Hotel PMC chain has a property just fail an inspection carpets were recently cleaned ¹by another company. They need a fast solution Do you recommend either of these machines will perform well enough to pass the inspection with an unbelievably speedy response!
Good question! We could ask, will ANY method pass a "white glove" test? No method, including the most powerful truck mount units are capable of removing all of the soil. Carpet cleaning is the business of making carpet cleaner. Hot water extraction can remove the highest concentration of soil in a single-cleaning - if the carpet needs to be unloaded of a heavy soil buildup. Encapsulation cleaning can do an excellent job of maintaining commercial carpet. It's a practical method for tackling medium soil loads, improving the carpet's appearance, and extending years of useful life from the carpet. And of course, it also minimizes the chances of wicking and recurring spill stains. It’s also an efficient way to put the carpet back into service quickly with minimal drying times. And as discussed in this video, it is also extremely profitable. All of the approved methods of carpet cleaning should be considered as tools in the professional cleaner's toolbox. A professional cleaner should be able to evaluate the carpet and then select which method, or combination of methods, will work best for the account being serviced. Selecting the right tool depends on the soil load, the customer’s expectations, and what is most practical for providing optimum results. And as I said above… no method will ever deliver a zero soil load following cleaning for a “white glove” test; there’s simply too much potential for carpet to retain a measure of soil within the tufts of fiber. But good cleaning can improve the condition of the carpet considerably.
@ExcellentSupply-EncapTV yes sir that soil load is easily measured and managed with a set of Quality Control Measures the simplest being a clean white towel as a standard 😀
Say a customer has dirty carpets that haven’t been cleaned in a long time. And they don’t want to do hot water extraction. Will encap work well enough for them?
Yes, in some cases it's possible to clean a trashed carpet with Encap and no HWE. The advantage of a thorough HWE cleaning is that you can uload the carpet to get it back into a good condition to maintain. Yet if that's not going to be possible, an aggressive encap cleaning can do an impressive job to breathe life back into the carpet.
These are Exciting numbers Rick!! Great video!! Thank you 😊
Thanks Aaron. Wanted to relate how easy it is to generate impressive revenue per hour with the encap method.

Rick also all the top brands from Hilton Marriott etc etc...require a white towel test ??
I'll have to remember to do a towel test the next time I stay at a Marriott. 🤣
@ExcellentSupply-EncapTV If you just clean it with either machine. Will it meet the company's standard?
