Girl, I love this video because your so honest about dealing with FA. When my sisters or cousins tell me I don't know how you stay so positive over everything that's happening to you? I wish I could tell them, I have my bad days too. I feel you when you say you don't like to show emotions because you feel like a weak person. But we need to cry to release our frustration. I've cried even though I was raised guys aren't supposed to cry! It has been harder for me cause I'm a Male, I'm Mexican and I'm the oldest sibling. When I first started my journey with FA, there was no social media so I'm very glad I found your vlogs because in my 24+ years of my journey I finally found someone who knows what I've gone through. To this day, I have not personally met someone with FA. I thank you for your posts. I especially like when you travel cause I don't travel anymore.
Hi Madelyn, I don't know if you will ever read this but... I just felt like I had to tell this to you. I've been diagnosed with FA at the age of 13 and it's been getting worse since then. I'm 16 years old now and I still can walk on my own. I don't use a wheelchair or a walker (yet) but it's just growing more and more. I have depression because of FA and other things that happened in my life and whenever a bad thing happens, I just blame myself and I've been feeling lonely and Incomprehensible since the last year. I just wanted to tell you that I'm very glad that I found someone who understands my pain and your videos just make me feel like I'm not lonely in this world. Thank you so much. I really love your videos and please keep doing what you do. 🖤

What an extraordinary woman you are.
lovebug, you are so strong.
I'm not sure how old she is but I'm 30 and I have fa and everything she is saying is so true...
I agree 100%. I was officially diagnosed at 21 and have experienced a lot of things she talks about.
