Love the hairstyle. It looks so very chic. I shifted from shower gels to bar soaps recently and it has made a world of a difference. I used to get these horrible dry skin patches which have stopped. I try to look for cold-processed soap bars but even ordinary soap bars work better than gels. That doesn't mean I have totally stopped using gels because there are some fragrances that I can't find anywhere else but I definitely avoid ones with SLS/SLES.

I also have oily lids and pin straight asian eyelashes. Because of the oil, I get a lot of smudging even from highend brands. Somewhere online someone recommended Maybelline’s Waterproof Snapscara, as a better dupe to Glossier’s Lash Slick, and it has quickly became my fave. I’m on my 3rd tube. It holds a curl, never smudges, no fallout. Also, it washes easily with soap in this strange clumpy way, which I kinda like.

Your gray hair 🌸 I’m 42 and my gray hair has been coming in since my mid 20s. My hair is long so it’s still got a good mix of black hair. I have days where I want to dye it but most days I like it this way 😁 My favorite is the big skunk patch in my fringe.

Sichuan pepper is so good!! If you haven't tried it yet you should definitely try Mapo Tofu. My boyfriend often cooks a vegan version without the minced meat which is so tasty.

I cut my hair last year and since then I been wearing so much jewelry when I have never done that at all in my life cause I always had long hair. I think 💭 short hair is the reason.
Koji is very useful and makes everything more tasty🤩 I make shoyu koji (soy sauce), and amazake (rice drink) too! Amazake is a good yogurt alternative for vegans🥰 I blend it with fruits for breakfast smoothies🍓 You should try it❤️❤️

I’ve been thinking about switching to a safety razor for awhile, but the main reason I haven’t is because you can’t travel with razor blades. Do you have a work around for this or do you just buy razor blades after flying somewhere?
I would just buy the blades once I get there. OR do what I do and epilate or wax before traveling so you don’t have to shave during the trip
Try getting the Mysore Sandal Soap from any Indian store nearby. It has a legacy of 100 years to back it up and smells of divine sandalwood. Plus it's cheap :)

lol I have no interest in eating out anymore either! i objectively know it's not like i'm an amazing cook but i would still rather eat my own food and have a modicum of an idea of where my food comes from, and having so much time in the pandemic epecially showed me how easy a lot of these foods I crave are. Or like, i'm not looking for anything fancy anymore. like i'm literally happy just eating cheese and crackers for dinner, with a side of baby cucumbers or broccolini. it's almost as if i've eaten enough food in my life that i "get the gist." like, I used to crave tacos, burgers, and pizza (simple stuff). But I don't really mind just eating a steak with avocado in lieu of tacos, I just mush up ground beef into a patty with salt and pepper and slap it on a potato roll if I want a burger, i really don't mind a good frozen pizza if i crave pizza (or just making my own approximation). Or frozen fries when I crave fries (or pan fried potatoes). I've started asking people if they just want to walk around or picnic or just chill in the park for hangouts.
