Cull was definitely the right move. He's actually really fun to play, ramps up easier and more damage than corvus. You can get the insane damage from IW unawakened.

Why so sad about Cull?! Once you get into a quest after a couple fights his damage is insane. I understand wanting Ghost or Doom ahead of him but he is beastly. He does take to much block damage but that’s his biggest weakness. Be happy you got Cull.
It seems to me that the regular crystals are broken, i watched every champ that comes during the spining, i didnt see a ghost or a doom, not even one time. Its the same champs over and over again, but no doom or ghost, this sucks.

Someone mentioned Darkhawk had a great synergy... with NightThrasher. When I took DH into war, I decided to take NT for the synergy. Wow!!! I went from struggling to dominating, in 0 steps. Starting with a L3 activated (getting randomly one of his 3 special stances, you have 2/3 chances to be a powerhouse out of the gate. 1/3 chance you have auto block. Darkhawk is an offensive monster. With his little friend NT.
6* Cull is really strong for lower tier content (basically anything less than Uncollected although I'm sure he still works in Act 5.2+ and maybe some parts of Act 6) so on my second account I am SO happy I have him as my first and only 6*. Still need to become Uncollected and have pushed that off for a while. Should be checking that off on my second account in the next month or so. That account isn't a priority of course but I try to do what I can with left over free time I have. If this were my main account I would have picked Cull most likely as well since I'm just more familiar with him after using him so much on my second account. Invisible Woman would be a close second. I also have 6* Massacre already and agree his signature ability is totally not better than a new 6*. I'm sorry the outcome you got wasn't the best but then again it could have been a worse Nexus. Imagine if your original 3 base 6*s were what popped out of the Nexus. 6* Ronin (new) 6* Night Thrasher (awaken) 6* Abomination (new) That is a much worse outcome than what you did get from your Nexus imo. Had that been my 6* Nexus all would be new to me so I'd pick the best one out of the three which I feel is Night Thrasher. They REALLY need to buff Abomination and make him an offensive poison king!

Ronin - he’s cool and he has some really smooth animations. But he’s not a game changing champ. Never gonna compete with the top tier champs in any way. Night Thrasher awakening - he’s pretty good Duped but in the same category as Ronin Abomination - needs a buff Cull - he’s a good champ. But he’s pure damage. He has a sad lack of utility. And in Endgame content, he’s not very practical because he needs a really long ramp up and with his pretty poor block proficiency, he probably won’t survive long enough to unlock his full damage potential.
Oh man BG, I realized a long time ago in this game that hoarding for crystals lowers the chances in getting top tier champs (my opinion) also I stopped running 6🌟 star crystals I pop them. Anyway you get who you need soon watch, your Thank me later (get enough for 1, pop it, god tier = “Thanx Rell, you been with me soon day one.” No worries Bg, I got you 😉
Night Thrasher also refreshes debuffs everytime knocks down character also his synergy with ghost rider is really good. Makes ghost riders bleed and debuffs last 40% longer n thrasher gets an unstoppable/or unlockable can't remember which one at moment either. way tho its for his forward hit medium dash which make him alot better too. Figured incase it helps. Seems to get overlooked alot. Plus his immune incinerate along with causing incinerate damage, shock and disorient all on SP1 which get refreshed everytime enemy falls to ground aka heavy or special hit
Cull is a beast! I run suicides and pair him with NF and DPXF. He's a questing legend, and I've even used him in AW with success. He shuts down auto-block and evade after 5 charges. I'd love to pull him as a 6*. lol
Cull is officially a god-tier champion even post slight-nerf imho, I used him in Variant 2 and he cleared the whole 3 chapters for me (first time exploration). Mine is currently r1 6* unduped, that being said, he's not just an arena champion.
Does the Nexus crystal have the new champions (Doom, SS, Longshot etc) that got added to the basic 6 Star crystal? It still shows the old champs that got added (Elsa, Warlock, Aarkus etc)

I have a r3 cull. He is awakened, and it helps a lot. Man he is FUN. Fully capable of all content currently out there, block damage gets a lot better as you rank him up.

NT’s not as good at low sig, but he’s god tier (I know, I know) when at a decent sig level. KT1’s video review shows that clearly.

Opened two 6-stars on Doomsday. Duped Iron Patriot and got Rocket Racoon. 1+ month of daily grinding for that...
granted... the Nexus was 3 solid champs. personally, i’d say Cull is the same choice I’d take.
Honestly you got some underrated champs. Ronin is fun, NT is ramped up fun, and Abom has RG Synergy
Unfortunately this is the free to play rewards. You don’t spend a penny on beating act 6 which we made way too difficult? You get shat on with rewards
The 6 Nexus crystal u opened did not have doom etc added to it ... Check the top rewards under the crystal in the video .. still shows older champs
