yep he was only in 4 games with balitmore but he only played in one game with them as a pinch hitter grounded out and went back to the minors and came back to major leagues in 68, thats why they also have a rookie card for him in 68. Being around those 4 games though he was around long enough to get a photo shoot. Then going back to the minors and coming back in 68 for like 5 or 6 games he got another card, then in 69 he stayed in the majors, that gave him a rookie of the year card as well. It was common back then to find multiple rookie card years.
