I love this song. I haven't listened to it in yrs. It was on my fed. I remember sending this song to my husband. I don't think he listened to it. I have stayed faithful as a wife through separation and divorce, and he remarried another person. I am trying to fight a little longer. I have never stopped loving him. I had to let him go and give him to God. I met him when he was 19 teen. I know God has a plan for his life. I really want to be his wife again, but even if that never happens as long as he gives his life to the Lord, then that is the most important. He leaves the 99 to get the one. God has been good to me, He has been a good husband the last almost 8 yrs. I am in need of nothing, and I know I am the Apple of my Lord and Saviors eye. Wonderful to hear this song again. True blessing and so timely for me, too. Whoever reads this, fight a little longer. We don't know what tomorrow holds, but God does. He is still writing our stories. He knows all and sees all, and He loves all of His children. He doesn't give up on anyone. Keep praying. Keep forgiving. Keep worshipping. Love God, love others, and just believe. He has a good plan. Even when we doubt or try to do it our own way, He is right there waiting. Don't give up.

I just escaped an extremely abusive relationship and this song just popped up out of nowhere. I've had such profound things that have happened since I've truly opened my eyes to the signs God has sent me to let me know he is TRULY there even through the WORST times. Hey there. I know that this is late and I hope that you are better, but if you aren’t, and if you aren’t then don’t feel ashamed. I’ve been through both and am still fighting.
Everyday does feel hard, and death seems to make more since then life especially when you feel like “WILL IT EVER GET BETTER!?!?!”

Hold on and take it day by day. People make make you feel like you need to “Hurry up” and “Get over it.” But they don’t know the hell that Anxiety and depression puts you through and how it’s a fight just to get out of bed.
Find some scriptures on Anxiety and depression such as Philippians 4:6-7 and write them down on note cards. when you feel anxious pray these over yourself. That’s honestly what gave me the strength to keep going. It may feel like you have to keep doing every hour at first, but it gets better.

The line that says "fear drives faith" was an eye opener. If we are always comfortable, we will tell ourselves that we don't need to trust God because we've been good this far. Sometimes God will put us in an uncomfortable position so that we trust Him. And we need to recognize when we are in those positions or we might get angry or depressed. And this may not be your situation. You could be going through something so hard I couldn't even start to have a comment on it but this could be you and if it is "fight a little longer"

so glad my mom found this song for me..."i was literally hanging on by a thread"....this song so explains how I feel..and after my mom heard this song she said i understand how you feel now....I was diagnosed with stage four cancer in april...my mom prayed for a miracle...and it is here...i have done three and a half months of chemo and my pet scan came back responding to the treatment...and I believe the miracle is here also...God is awesome...to give lecrae and kelly the words to write this song....it has saved my sanity when i was in a dark place...because i can't give up!

I'm not religious but I've always respected Lecrae for his talent and for staying true to himself.
My Dad died late last year after 6 years of dementia clouding his mind over more and more each day. He died in his sleep. I know his mind is now whole with The Lord. This song "found me" at that time and like many others - became my jam during a really tough time. When Lecrae raps his "lamentation" it gives voice to my struggles. When Tori's vocals chime in its like God's speaking to each of us individually in such a powerful way. I bawl my eyes out when I hear this song. Peace all.

Heard it today for the first time.This is an amazing track. depicts my situation exactly. I laugh when I'm with people but they don't know what I am going through. I have been for my sick mother for around 5-6 years. I felt God is silent, I sometimes don't even know what to say in prayers. Feel so stupid sometimes that I keep repeating same words in prayers again and again -day by day .. I just have faith in God. Seems I am not left with anything except my faith. I just want God to find me once again. Answer me once again. Heal my sorrows once again.

these type of songs hit harder when you lose somebody, then when you haven't lost them yet. i lost my aunt 3 days ago. she was a hard drinker, didnt know jesus, and fought really bad with us. before she died she quit drinking, was reading the bible, and was getting along with us. her heart stopped and we were all so sad.. i know she is home. but it hurts. my moms sister AND brother are gone now. her brother was calling my aunt home, love you auntie.
