well one of the function of the pecs is helping in abduction and adduction and flys is the exercise that performs that function so yes they do even though i also don't fancy them

I love using cable crossovers as a finisher, one arm at a time. You get 180 degrees of ROM, plus some core activation.
Yes, cable crossovers are great, but they're not calisthenics, which is what Matt’s channel focuses exclusively on.
