Trying to reconcile Otumfuo to Doormahene is gross disrespect to the Otumfuo and that’s what Doormahene wants. He wants to be equated to Otumfuo. Otumfuo is a global icon and a huge leader, he doesn’t need the chief of a farming community to be prominent. On the contrary the village chief needs Otumfuo’s name to be relevant. He recently had to write to the Ghana airport authorities to introduce himself that he’s a paramount chief so when he comes to the airport they should treat him with respect because they had always been tossing him around. This is the reason he always wanna attack the big man so that at least people would hear about him.
Point of correction, Asantehene has no problem with Dormahene. I think I should let you know.
Ashanti’s always fighting for Otumfuor but they can’t fight for their rights as citizens of this country. Doormahene is the problem in Ghana. His small Bono regional house of chiefs presidency has made him go crazy. He speaks like a baby.
