I am from the UK too and stayed awake waiting for the debut (was 5am our time! 😴) This song and it's lyrics have connected with me on a deep level and I needed their boost of positivity. They all have amazing vocals and I'm so glad to see people like you react and give them the love they deserve. This was a good, solid debut from *VCHA* (Vee-Cha), can't wait to see what else we get from them. I'm still a little confused where exactly they fall in genres or how JYP plans to promote them. I mean they are from a Korean company and they are listed on the comeback/ debut schedule but the members are westerners. I hope they do well in Korean and Western markets either way.
They are incredibly unique in that regard, it's going to be interesting watching them to be honest to see where they grow and what they do... But for now I'm impressed with the debut and here for the journey 💯💯
They were formed in a competition called A2K last year, singing and performing for JY Park. He went to America, brought 12 (I think) girls together and brought them to South Korea to train as K-pop artists. Then he narrowed it down to this group. Honestly, he only sent like two people home, maybe three. It’s been awhile since I watched it on TH-cam.
