Water Everywhere - experiments in sparge/recirculation

I've been having trouble with my old sparge/recirc system so have decided to replace it. First I need to see what works best.

Why not make copper pipe fly sparge arm using brass T and 15mm copper pipe.

Mostly because I'm also looking at recirculation which means some grain might be in the flow. This is what has blocked up my existing setup.

@@TertiaryBrewing I also recirculate until sparge I simple attach the arm onto the port.
No problem with getting it blocked because it's on sparge water plus the arms copper ends are loosely fitted for removing.
