The stakes were unusually high for one of the early Nancy Drew games. There's no treasure, no hauntings, no sabotage. There's a friend who's life is being threatened by someone that is deeply deranged.
@@emmareckzinThe first two games had these 1990s teen drama vibes. It wasn't until the third game when the series figured it out what it was going to be.
Didn't play this one as a kid, but playing it recently on steam I was blown away by how good this soundtrack was. It quickly became one of my favorite soundtracks and games in the series
Best danger track in the franchise. One of the best damn soundtracks in the franchise. Hell, one of the best GAMES in the franchise. Love this one! Thank you for posting these!
Hello Cheems! The music tracks you refer to illegally appear in Five Nights with Froggy 2. They were originally composed by Kevin Manthei for Nancy Drew: The Final Scene released in 2001. As Five Nights with Froggy 2 released in 2016, that means that the game stole those music tracks from The Final Scene. It also stole other art and music assets from the Nancy Drew PC series by HeR Interactive. If Five Nights with Froggy is making any profit, it is doing so illegally as it doesn't own any rights to the music and art taken from the Nancy Drew PC game series. Cheers!

I actually feel like the stakes were "higher" in the early Nancy Drew games haha like in the first one (Secrets Can Kill) she's solving a murder!

Ugh that face that Magician game in the basement when you break it. Creepy
The nostalgia is real. Im so used to it being kind of low quality and fuzzy. Hearing it in this clarity is like.. Friggen beutiful.
Right? You can buy it from HeR Interactive’s website (link in description) in that quality. It really makes a difference!
for real man!, it's soo awkward to me not hearing it in L.Q.

I agree! This soundtrack is easily one of my favorites. It's very haunting, magical, and mysterious! It suits the game perfectly!
