    Your video is 720p .... so NO we cannot see 4k content delivered by this machine :) Is DTS audio supported ?

      Hiya 👋 The Epson EH-TW6150 projector does not have built-in DTS audio support. However, it supports HDMI audio output, which means you can connect it to an external audio system (like a soundbar or receiver) that supports DTS audio. Subscribe to stay connected! Cheers!

    How did you set up Bluetooth with it please

    • @MyNextBest
      @MyNextBest  วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@pn7235 Hello mate 👋 So, this projector doesn't come with Bluetooth out of the box. What we did was we initially went ahead with a 2 in 1 Bluetooth transmitter/receiver, which connects to the aux port and converts the audio signal to a Bluetooth audio.
      Then, we paired dual channel Bluetooth speakers to this, and that worked. However, in the long term, we wanted the AUX port to be used because you get lossless audio from it and we also wanted to be able to amplify the audio output as well as expand beyond the 2 speakers.
      So, we set up ceiling speakers from Lithe Audio (which btw do support both aux and bluetooth) and connected the AUX port directly to the ceiling speakers. That's how it's working currently. Those speakers do have built in amplification which is good enough for our needs. You could certainly choose a different breed of speakers + plus amplifier if that is of interest.
      We'll be making another video that will show you exactly what we've done and what tools/components we used to build our setup. It's flawless at the moment and can be expanded to multi channel music (which is why we choose those ones). Do subscribe to get notified of our setup and a lot more of similar tech content 🤗 Take care! Cheers!

    I checked out this video to hear more about the ECO mode, since some are claiming there's an annoying high pitched tone coming from the projector. Is this the case?

    • @MyNextBest
      @MyNextBest  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there, so there are 3 lamp modes - Low, Standard and High. Low is what Epson considers "Eco" on its spec sheet. On High, the fan noise is pretty loud, Standard is reasonable, Low is barely audibile. There isn't a dramatic difference in apparent luminosity between Low and High, but with the former you are consuming 70W less and noise is much less, so that's what I would keep it on, at least for more casual viewing or gaming. Regarding the high pitched sound/tone, there's none that we've observed. If you've observed such an issue, perhaps trying out a ground loop isolator might help clear that out. Hope that helps - don't forget to subscribe 🤗 Cheers! 🤜🤛

    Can you use a projector tripod stand
    That has 1/4 inch SLR ?

    • @MyNextBest
      @MyNextBest  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Unfortunately you won't be able to install that one as the point of centre of mass doesn't have a screw hole to mount the tripod stand. You'd be better placed to either use a ceiling mount or use the tripod stand with a flat metal tray.
      Also it's a bit on the heavier side, something to be mindful of when making a decision on its installation. Hope that helps! Don't forget to subscribe and help out! Cheers! 🤗♥️

    Hey mate maybe i'm asking something impossible. But I really wanna get this projector but I'm limited by the distance of my room.
    Unfortunately, I can only set it up 4,2 meters (165) inches away. And my screen is 2,4 meters (95 inches) width.
    Could you maybe tell me how big is your image and what's the distance you have with the minimum amount of zoom?
    On the Epson page when I input my measurements, it suggests me this Projector should work. But unfortunately when I put my measurments in the Epson calculator it tells me the Image is much bigger. I believe this could be because of the zoom

    • @MyNextBest
      @MyNextBest  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Helloww Mate, I can confirm this projector would work with your room's spec! The zoom can certainly be adjusted to as low as 40 inches. A lot more adjustment than some of the high end BENQ models. Hope that helps, don't forget to subscribe 😉❤ Cheers!

      Hey, which ones have you shortlisted? Ultimately it all depends on your budget and the features you're after. In terms of pricing, some Epson projectors currently are on a promotional cashback of up to £350 until 31st March '24. You could look at those models but bear in mind that all Epson projectors use 3LCD. If 3LCD is not the tech you're looking for (as people have their preferences), the other option you'd definitely want to consider is DLP. BENQ projectors use DLP and have really nice colour reproduction as well as projection coverage of up to 500 inches. Don't forget to subscribe if that helps 😊👍 Cheers!

      @MyNextBest  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@avinashss2207 Hi, Pixel shifting is just as good as a native 4k display. The difference here is that like you say native 4K projectors have roughly eight million distinct pixels on their panel to start off with, while pixel shifting tech starts with a lower number of pixels and creates the higher number by using the source image and processing it. Hope that helps! Cheers 🤠

      @@MyNextBest it is similar like HD ready and Full HD, still not Native 4K, it turns more than 3 years still Epson is not planning to introduce a Native 4K projector for this price range, because of this I am planning to buy Benq but worried about DLP technology, no wonder why Japanese companies are vanishing from the Market...

    • @MyNextBest
      @MyNextBest  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@avinashss2207 Honestly speaking native 4k might never come at this price point unless 8k became a de-facto standard which is probably years and years away. A number of projectors we always thought were native 4k actually aren't as they all do the "pixel shift". Even DLP projectors use pixel shifting. There's only 2-3 players out there in the consumer market that do native 4k at 8M pixels - Sony being the leader followed by most others that don't really manufacture for the consumer market, only for commercial market. Epson is certainly there, there's Philips screenneo among others on that list.
      There's actually a Chinese project (think it's called JMGO) currently in its crowdfunding stage that aims to bring a native 4K at the sub £2000 price point which would be extremely cheap for the ask. We might do a video at some point about this topic, should be an exciting one ☺️ Cheers! 🤜🤛
