On the contrary, all high end residential estates in Lagos have covered drainage.

I am old enough to remember visiting the zoo as a child in the early 80s. It is a shame that it was sold off to build a gated community for the rich. Profits from the sale of public assets must be invested to benefit Ndi Enugwu as a whole.

Zoo estate is the height of corruptions, shortsightedness, and misrule in the world, Africa, and Nigeria!!!
The location was a zoo in prime locations for many years. Then, some self-centered politicians sold it into an estate. Did the money go to the state? What was it used for?
Could the location have been used for something BETTER for the people?😢

Zoo estate is the first luxury estate in Enugu but it is now old. there are more better estates in terms of beautiful architectures and planning. Centenary city, Fidelity estate, Diamond estate, WTC estate and many more have more modern and beautiful houses and planning than Zoo estate.

    Maybe you're new in Enugu.
Their is no better house here.
If this is the most developed and beautiful Estate in Enugu it means Enugu is not a city.

Zoo estate is an old estate in Enugu. There are more better and modern looking estates scattered around Enugu. They will wow you.

There is no better looking estate in Enugu than zoo estate. You equate brand new houses to luxury. Did you see the tree lined roads, the covered footpaths, the public sitting area under the trees, the quiet neighbourhood and classic architecture? There is no estate in Enugu to compare it. Most new estate in Enugu are concrete Jungle where no old money will want to live. It’s called old money for a reason. That’s why politicians and upper class individuals live in zoo estate while business men and young money live in the others.

Nigeria is a failed state even with her abundance and human resources but lack better infrastructures, this yutuber has travelled to others Africa countries and see how developments those countries are even with little resources compare to zoo Nigeria.
Restoration of Republic of Biafra nation is a must and urgent.
