Walked this area many times. Truly a city center piece. Loved having breakfast at the Elegant Inn Cafe. Thank you for your fine walking tours of my favorite city, Cebu.👍🎯✔
Hi Len~ I”m glad you enjoyed walking in the city center, especially breakfast at Elegant Inn Cafe. Hope my tours offer enjoyable experiences and insights for visitors and locals alike. Appreciate feedback and support. More videos coming soon! 😊
Thanks for the tour. Looking forward to my time there. If you get a chance or maybe you have already done a tour of V Rama Street the area from Nichols to Salvador Street. I have rented a place on Nichols. Thanks.
Around eight months ago, I embarked on a walking tour of that particular area. If you're interested, you can watch the tour by following this link: th-cam.com/video/1zUVJOR0Vt8/w-d-xo.html
Yes, we've bought local treats from a kiosk at Robinson's, like kutsintâ and fresh lumpiâ. Also, there used to be _a lot_ of beggars in front of Rajah Park nad Circle Inn Hotels, somehow there aren't as much anymore these days and that's a good thing. My wife used to be scared passing through this area 'cause sometimes some of those hawkers/vendors and beggars could be pickpockets. Crossing the street towards the circle itself can be nerve-wracking, you have to negotiate the crossing with eye contact with the drivers and seeing that they give you the way before you cross their path one vehicle after another. It can be scary! Haha. Nice video, thank you.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m glad you enjoyed the local treats and noticed the improvement in the area. I agree that crossing the street can be challenging, but you did well. I appreciate your kind words and support for my video. Have a great day! 😊
Yeah, crossing several of the roads is pretty hard. The overhead bridges help, but they need more of those or maybe street lights that the drivers actually heed. Until then, it's not very walking friendly.
I agree that it is very hard to cross the street to the park, but there is good news. The place will soon have a major makeover, with a new feature called a “park bridge”. This will be a platform that will connect all the parts of the circle and make it a beautiful open-air lifestyle zone. There will also be elevators to help pedestrians access the bridge safely and avoid the traffic. I think this will make Fuente Osmeña Circle more attractive and enjoyable for everyone. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.👍 See proposed project here: ibb.co/G221xHv
Thanks for sharing your experience with Chowking! It's great to hear that you enjoyed your meal at that particular restaurant. Everyone has their own preferences and tastes, so it's natural that you might prefer Chowking over Jollibee. Have you tried other dishes at Chowking since then?☺️
@@MunkyExplores Went to KFC once but they were out of chicken that day... Lets just say it's hit and miss luv the Philippines never going back to the west. but here are challenges for sure
@@Rob_Harrison Wow, that’s unfortunate that they ran out of chicken. I hope you got to try some other delicious Filipino dishes instead. I’m glad you love the Philippines and enjoy living here. I agree that every place has its own challenges, but it’s how we overcome them that matters. Thanks for sharing your experience! 😊

It's exceedingly difficult to cross that area into the park. I don't know how other people are able to cross it. The traffic is heavy.

Nice video ma'am...pasokli pud ma'am God bless..
Hello, can I get some clips of this video to be used for my project? I will give credits po thanks!
It seems quiet compared to when I was there in January.
You noticed Fuente Osmeña Circle well. It’s lively during festivals like Sinulog in January, but also peaceful at other times. Enjoy your day! 😊
@@MunkyExplores yes very busy for the Sinulog. Thanks
That ChowKing 340 in video first ChowKing I ever ate in my life... Like it better then Jollibee's which isn't sayin much
