Goddamn I feel old IF Pulp Fiction is supposed to be some boomer referrence 🧐 You need to be like what, under 20 to not know the movie At All from anywhere, heard of it (QT is super relevant to this day). Like I even get if you are not interested in movies that saay.. a 30 year old wouldn't neccesarily just know Raging Bull, Deliverance or Straw Dogs (should) but then again they are from 70-80's. Still saying Pulp Fiction is a boomer refference is like saying Godfather is 😅 or Goodfellas or Scarface. It's like those movies Everybody knows. Changed the way of making Hollywood movies like Se7en made thrillers or Matrix made that green hue for sometime to be there and it turning to blue and yellowish. Pulp Fiction let a lot of more innovative scripts out after the very safe 80's, because 70's almost killed studios since budgets blew up like in Apocalypse Now 😅 That's why there is so good movies in 70's since directors had so much freedom, it just wasn't handled to any sensible point
crazy how slacks keep bringing up the first and only so far escapee from prison but how many suspects get away from him and other cops daily? really wish carmine had said something about the dozen plus purps getting away daily just to shut slack's mouth. the cops should be more receptive and willing to work with carmine and bobby, this is a great oppertunity to rehabilitate not just inmates but carmine and bobby as characters, build bridges and fix relations then the doc could become a very useful tool for the police. but instead they want to shit on carmine and bobbys given authority, they want to over step as far as they can and try to take all the power available, they barely manage themselves and the crime in city (they abandoned almost everything outside city limits to the north) so why do they want or even think they can manage the prison too?
