i want to tell you that you've really helped me as a player i've been doing the excercises on your site since high school and its really helped me grow as a musician and saxophonist
It's going to be on my next album/CD to be released next year. There will be videos here, but to be sure of getting the newsletter sign up on my site (follow the contact link)
HI Pete I saw some comments you made on a forum (Sax on the web) about Soprano saxes a few years ago that I think apply to us. My 17 year-old son is looking for a soprano and we don't want to pay a huge amount until we know he's going to stick with it and play it longer term. But for the time being I want him to have a decent Sax. In the forum you recommended a few different saxes. We're looking at the the Antigua, Bauhaus Walstein and the Kessler. He's intrigued by the Kessler, but I'm simply more interested in getting the best sounding horn for the money that these 3 makes would produce. He's a first chair, 4th year player in High School Wind Ensemble - who is also being wooed by his instructor to Jazz band as well. What would you recommend?
Hey everyone should check out the ending of the song "the logical song" by super tramp the studio recording not live. He goes all out on the Adderley trill lol
He's just playing a blues scale at the end with a little bit of breakage. Good info. I've been on jobs before where the sax player was killin' it with this without the bends too.

I think you should do a new DVD for people to learn saxophone.
I like the eyebrow movement, is that part of the technique?
Of course
